Do you do equity?: No. We're a services business and we like getting paid in pounds.
Will you sign an NDA?: Yes — a mutual one. We don't sign anything that prevents us from describing the kind of work we do.
Do you work with VC-backed startups?: Yes, often. We've also worked with self-funded operators and listed companies. The criterion is seriousness, not stage.
Where are your engineers based?: London, Manchester, Lisbon, and Berlin. We work UK hours by default and overlap with US East and APAC for global teams.
Do you sign IR35 outside-determined contracts?: Yes, when appropriate — most engagements are statement-of-work and fall outside IR35.
Can you operate in regulated environments?: Yes. We've shipped into NHS-aligned, FCA-regulated, and SRA-regulated contexts. Bring the standard, we'll meet it.
